Roles and Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Resolve discrepancies and reconcile accounts accurately within timelines.
• Handle reporting activities — generate and update Accounts Payable reports.
• Post rectification entries for errors identified by the internal Quality Check team.
• Perform quality checks and ensure invoices are processed before payment release.
• Create or update Vendor Master records as per SOPs.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve process efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.
• 0–1 year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable (AP) domain.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
