Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the technology interface supporting Wind Turbine Sales, Project Execution, and Performance for regional operations.
• Represent technology in internal stakeholder forums and manage project responsibilities through the full lifecycle until handover.
• Perform technical due diligence with clients and authorized third-party bodies.
• Analyze deviations in tenders and contracts, providing accurate technology interpretations.
• Provide documentation support for all project phases—from due diligence to execution and service.
• Proactively resolve technical issues during manufacturing, erection, and installation stages.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards aligned with wind turbine performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in a related or engineering-intensive role.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse technical teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Highly motivated, with strong ownership for ensuring smooth project execution.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with engineering project lifecycle management.
