Description:
As
a Technical Support Engineer at Zoho, you will be responsible for delivering
world-class customer support and ensuring client satisfaction through timely,
accurate, and empathetic communication. Your core duties will include assisting
customers with product-related queries, resolving technical issues, and
offering online demos, product walkthroughs, and remote troubleshooting. This
position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and
flexibility to work in night shifts.
Key
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and effective technical support solutions to Zoho customers.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Gather client requirements and perform detailed analysis and feedback reporting.
- Respond efficiently to RFI (Request for Information) inquiries and follow up with leads.
- Create and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) for potential clients.
