Job Description:

• Strong working knowledge in payroll activities relevant to payroll analyst jobs in Chennai.
• Knowledge in country’s statutory requirements applicable to finance operations analyst roles.
• Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.
• Creation and maintenance of process SOP’s.
• Experience in handling customer queries as part of an entry level payroll analyst position.

Education and Experience Required

• Graduate in B.Com with a minimum of 60% and above aggregate scores.
• 0 to 1 year of total experience in Payroll.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes aligned with a finance operations analyst job.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams
