Focused on preventing and detecting internal and external crimes such as theft and fraud, the department employs rigorous analysis and monitoring of customer betting activities of LadbrokesCoral Group retail shops as part of a retail audit associate job.

Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge on the retail audits and audit process adherence
- Audit cycle governance and compliance reporting
- Direct contact for the investigation teams and customers
- Point of contact for multiple loss prevention audits for the business
- To strictly follow the auditing guidelines in place through the Audit Centre (AC) teams audit plans
- Accurately investigate the errors and anomalies obtained through business transaction database
- Effectively contribute to driving down fraud and loss within the business through a fraud and loss prevention analyst position
- Investigate patterns and trends identifying potential fraud and loss
- Communicate with relevant security investigators and provide supporting documentation evidence when required
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the AC team process with a view to catching fraud and detecting error
- Capture all data accurately including potential fraud and loss from the errors in service no

Skills & Qualifications:
- Education – minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
- Time-management skills and multitasking ability
- You must comply with and support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives
- Knowledge to understand Retail Auditing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
