Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels using business development strategies.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools for sales performance tracking.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
