Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels using business development strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools for sales performance tracking.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
