The Junior Analyst – Identity, Automation & Workflow Optimization will support the management of Phenom’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem while assisting in building automation and workflow solutions across IT operations, particularly where tasks intersect with insights similar to enterprise identity analytics solutions.

This role focuses on ensuring secure, compliant user lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) and reducing manual workload using BetterCloud, OneLogin, and Jira Automation. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in IAM administration, access provisioning, and no-code automation development under supervision, especially when optimizing activities that benefit from structured workflow data analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• IAM Lifecycle Support: Assist in provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews across applications using OneLogin and BetterCloud.
• Automation Development: Create and maintain no-code / low-code automations (BetterCloud workflows, Jira Automation rules) to improve efficiency and compliance, particularly when tasks align with process intelligence modeling in IT environments.
• Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with IT and HR to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and role-change processes using automation.
• Access Control & Security: Support enforcement of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and PAM (Privileged Access Management) policies.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure alignment with Phenom’s security standards and audit requirements (SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of workflows, access policies, and automation changes in Confluence and Jira while supporting clarity through data-driven operational insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and Security teams to identify automation opportunities and eliminate manual dependency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of IT operations or service management experience (internship or full-time).
• Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, and SCIM.
• Familiarity with OneLogin, BetterCloud, and Jira Administration/Automation.
• Exposure to Google Workspace, Atlassian, or Okta environments is a plus.
• Interest in automation using no-code/low-code tools or scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Eagerness to learn IAM governance and automation design best practices.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but a Plus)

• BetterCloud Fundamentals
• OneLogin Administrator Associate
• Atlassian Jira Fundamentals or Jira Administration
• CompTIA Security+ or ITIL Foundation
