Managing transactional procurement processes, validating purchase requisitions, generating and monitoring purchase orders for acquiring goods, services, and supplies across various business processes or internal requirements. Develops and ensures the execution of strategies to minimize overall procurement costs and improve the efficiency of purchasing activities. This role will function as an individual contributor within a team, operating under a predefined and limited scope of work. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Purchase order management:
• Provides procurement services for a location, department, or designated business unit
• Performs daily purchase requisition to PO administrative activities
• Follows established policies and procedures to identify suitable vendors and obtain quotations
• Verify purchase requisitions for correctness and compliance
• Enters, confirms, and expedites purchase orders in line with company procedures
• Handle discrepancies and resolve delivery-related issues with suppliers
• Create blanket purchase agreements, manage blanket purchase agreement processes, catalog creation, and attribute support within the ERP system
• Procurement operations
• Support users with invoice accruals and goods receipt inquiries
• Manage vendor inquiries related to PO issues and vendor data modifications
• Maintain the team inbox and assist with internal queries regarding PO and supplier information
• Vendor Management
• Process vendor inquiries and share relevant updates
• Process invoices within the system in accordance with company guidelines
• Verify banking documents submitted by vendors
• Update supplier information within the system while supporting associate procurement analyst roles
• Data and reporting
• Maintain accurate records of indirect buyer activities
• Generate reports related to order status and key operational metrics
• Analyze data and reports to identify possible improvement opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree with 0–4 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience applicable to work from home procurement analyst positions
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish and/or German language skills are an advantage
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office knowledge; Oracle or SAP experience is an added benefit
