They are seeking customer-focused professionals to support a large-scale KYC uplift program, with responsibilities centred around performing quality testing for individual retail and commercial customers. In this role, you will play a critical part in validating customer identities and reviewing associated documentation in line with policy and procedural requirements of Genpact’s client. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the specialists are executing the KYC process as per the Due Diligence Standards and Client Procedures

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, QC analysts would perform checks to ensure Provider agents' compliance to Client’s KYC Checklist for collection, verification, loading, linking stipulated as per the OCDD Standards, business process checks and System Hygiene which include:

• Ensures compliance to prescribed process requirements and policies of Client, viz., due diligence in completing process checklists accurately on workflows, compliance to mandatory requirements  
• Delivers high quality of work, and takes ownership to resolve any business queries efficiently and effectively
• Document findings and ensure this is adequate for quality checks and audits
• Understand the non-financial risks associated with the process and be able to identify and escalate red flags 
• Able to meet timelines and turn around completed cases to meet service level agreements without compromising on quality
• Ensures remediated errors are re- tested to ensure profiles are compliant and accurate
• Ensures all inputs received from internal and external stakeholders to improve quality via learning bites, quizzes, process updates are understood and executed in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently and deliver against any reporting commitments as per business requirements
• Should have good knowledge on AML and KYC end to end Process
• Strong knowledge about AML/CTF and sanctions
• You’ll collaborate with teams to resolve exceptions and ensure cases move swiftly through the workflow. You’ll prioritize your workload based on task assignment and prioritization set by your Team Leaders.
• You’ll be accountable for meeting defined performance indicators balancing compliance, turnaround times, and a positive, customer-centric experience. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or bachelor’s degree
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge and experience of AML/CTF policies
• Basic knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements for Individual Customers
• Quality Check experience and eye for details 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Prior experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre roles
• Basic knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and IDV (Identity Verification) requirements for Individual Customers
