This is a role within Cisco's groundbreaking Data Center Networking team. You will participate in projects involving development of platform independent software for their next generation network operating systems for Cisco’s industry leading Nexus family of switches. Design and Develop System Software for Ethernet Switch Products. Collaborate with cross functional teams which includes Hardware/Marketing/Testing groups to take developed products to market. Interact and Innovate with close collaboration with Distinguished and Principal engineers with focus on Scale, Performance and Reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master of Engineering in Computer Science
• Strong System programming skills in C
• Work experience in Programmability areas like SNMP, ZTP, Netconf/Yang
• Good Linux OS fundamentals
• Good understanding in System and Networking concepts
• Sound background in Data structures and Algorithms.
• Good debugging and trouble shooting skills
• 1-3 years of related work experience
