The role will support digital transformation projects on ServiceNow by assisting in documentation, coordination, requirement gathering, and process improvement activities under the guidance of senior team members.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• Support the creation of process documentation and workflow diagrams
• Help develop user stories and maintain the product backlog in Jira
• Track project status, maintain logs, and help in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
• Work closely with the technical team to understand feasibility of business requirements
• Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint
• Support UAT coordination and basic testing documentation
• Update change logs, follow up on actions, and maintain team documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA (Information Systems preferred)
• Experience: 0–1 Years
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT concepts or ITIL is a plus
• Good in documentation and MS Excel/PowerPoint
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
