Roles and Responsibilities:

• Utilization Tracking: Ensure the data is the "source of truth" for our capacity. Your goal is to minimize "bench time" (unassigned staff) and prevent burnout (over-assigned staff).
• Capacity Coordination: Regularly sync with Project Managers (PMs) to understand current team bandwidth. When a project nears its end date, you’ll lead the Assignment Extension process or flag the resource as "available" for new work.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other Project Delivery Teams and RMs and identify process challenges and escalate accordingly.
• Reporting & Compliance: Generate weekly "Status Reports" to flag missing assignments or expired opportunities, ensuring the leadership team is making decisions based on accurate data.
• Systems Thinking: The ability to see how an "Opportunity" in one stage triggers a "Resource Assignment" in the next.
• Status Reporting: Flag "Ghost Assignments" (staff assigned to projects that haven't started) and "Expired Assignments" (staff still billing to closed projects).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidates with relevant overall work experience ranging from 12months to 24 months
• You can "manage up" and "manage sideways," getting answers from busy leaders without being a bottleneck. Maintain accountability standards for data integrity by ensuring stakeholder compliance with established protocols and system requirements.
• Professional Communication: Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate across organizational levels, obtaining necessary information from senior leadership while maintaining operational efficiency
• Collaborative Leadership: Foster cross-functional partnerships and team coordination
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to data accuracy.
