Excellent communication skill is imperative in this case and you will need to manage your schedule well in order to juggle your existing tenants as well as sourcing for new ones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or MBA degree in finance, Real Estate, or related disciplines with excellent academic credentials or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Member of RICS would be good to have but not mandatory.
• 0-4 years of work experience in real estate industry with proficiency in reviewing real estate documents (leases, rent rolls, Income statements, appraisals, other third-party reports, etc) and abstracting relevant deal points for financial analysis.
• Outstanding computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is required.
• Knowledge of advance excel and financial modeling is a must. Hands on experience on Argus Software would be preferred.
• Strong quantitative orientation, with knowledge or ability to learn principles necessary in real estate underwriting, including Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, Time Value of Money, Return on Equity, Debt Returns, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
• Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlines.
