manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk
management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take

You will focus on
supporting end-to-end execution of lending transactions, from post-sanction
fulfilment through facility setup, documentation, drawdown, and ongoing
servicing activities. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence,

Roles and
Responsibilities:
- To support Wholesale Lending with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
- Accountabilities
- Support with day-to-day Wholesale Lending initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution through lending technical expertise.
- Monitoring the bank’s lending operations to ensure that they are conducted in an efficient and effective manner and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
- Development and implementation of Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Manage lending cases through the full operational lifecycle, including facility setup, documentation review, limit creation, and loan drawdowns.
- Coordinate with Credit Mangers, Relationship Mangers, Legal, and Operations team to ensure timely completion of lending transactions.
- Review lending requests and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with approved credit terms and internal policies.
- Act as a key point of contact for resolving operational issues, driving cases to completion, and meeting client delivery timelines.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies, strengthening controls, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Desirable skills set:
- Strong knowledge of lending operations, loan lifecycle management, and post-sanction fulfilment processes.
- Experience handling facility documentation, loan servicing, drawdowns, and collateral-related activities.
- Strong analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
