Required Qualifications:

• Written and spoken fluency in Hindi and business proficiency in English
• Has good understanding of social media and previous experience in managing online community relations, marketing, sales is a plus
• Has the ability to create creative content and copy
• Strong ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
• Deep interest in the local culture, trends, and pop culture
• Ability to connect with the target audience and have a creative bent to get them to engage more will be an added plus
• Discipline and rigor to ensure day today tasks are closed with no lags
• Attention to detail

Job Description:

• Review ShareChat and other platforms or sources, to discover talented creators/hosts through agencies in specific categories
• Build long-term relationships with creator agencies
• Present and train on SC process Guidelines to Agencies
• Onboarding hosts for 1 on 1 engagements which happen in Friendzone (A feature where people come and talk to hosts on 1 on 1 call and make new friends)
• Communicating with the SC Live audience and hosts about ongoing events, recharge offers, rewards, and internal programs through various channels
• Facilitating social media engagement during internal campaigns and challenges through agencies
• Understand the virtual gifting behavior and help creators monetize through user engagement
• Contribute towards designing an awesome user experience for both the hosts & the audience through creative brainstorming sessions, content strategies, and social media campaigns
• Training and Grooming Hosts to improve their quality from ice breaking to repeated connections
• Actively engaging in feedback sessions and cold calling to understand user and creator (host) needs & story building it to the product and improving user experience
• Communicating in a most effective way through various channels in Hindi by writing engaging copies and creating Hindi content
