Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a quality assurance engineer, preferably in the financial industry or related field.
• Automated testing experience with languages: Go/Golang, Java.
• Experience with creating and executing automated tests within a solution or GitHub Actions.
• Proficient with SQL to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis including expertise in writing complex queries.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions workflows, branching strategies, automated test execution within pipeline, experience with yaml files, and code review processes.
• Solid understanding of financial operations processes and systems including Great Plains or related ERP systems.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our team. As a QE, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality and developing test coverage for our internal applications with finance business functions. Your core responsibilities would be to ensure quality of the functionalities through manual and automated test design, development, and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test plans for finance functions, including forecasting, invoicing, billing and financial reporting systems
• Experience with quality engineering practices, including test planning, test case development, and test automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into test scenarios.
• Ability to create and execute automated integration tests within solution and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable automated test practices using industry best practices and coding standards.
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, and Acceptance Test Driven Development.
• Experience with languages - Java/Golang, automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Postman API, GoDog, Xunit, Junit, or similar.
• Strong SQL proficiency to ensure efficient data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
