Job Description:

• Assist in workshops with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements accurately.
• Aid in analyzing data using tools such as Excel, SQL, or analytics software to identify trends and insights relevant to business objectives.
• Help create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
• Assist in creating test cases and scenarios, and participate in testing activities to ensure developed solutions meet specified criteria.
• Participate in meetings to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverables.
• Aid in researching and evaluating potential solutions or technologies to address business needs.
• Assist during implementation phases, providing user training and support to ensure effective adoption of new systems or processes.
• Help identify and assess potential risks and issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis, actively seeking opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
