This individual will be responsible for creating Tableau dashboard reports, developing business intelligence reports and visualizations, and collaborating with the BI team to analyze and interpret large datasets as part of data analyst job roles. The objective is to deliver actionable insights that support business decisions and performance. Data & Document Automation (DDA) is an automation solution that streamlines key business processes for lenders, investors, and servicers. Data and Document Services (DDS) delivers critical value-added services to Lenders, Investors and Servicers aligned with business intelligence analyst positions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Data Visualization: Create comprehensive Tableau dashboard reports that clearly communicate data insights and business performance metrics for tableau data analyst roles.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to define, design and implement data visualization solutions that provide business critical insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data driven solutions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret a wide range of datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for data analysis processes, dashboard designs, and report generation procedures.
• Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks and validations.
• Data Integrity: Maintain a strong understanding of PII data and safeguard data to which access is provided.
• Training: Participate in the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies and learn new data sets. Train end users on dashboards and reports supporting operations data analysis jobs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent industry experience in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analysis.
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including Tableau, Python, Splunk, Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL, XML and Excel is required.
• Experience analyzing large volumes of data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that support business decisions.
• Experience managing data accuracy and integrity across all reports and visualizations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven experience identifying issues and developing solutions that improve data analysis processes and outcomes.
• Availability: Work in 24 / 7 shifts
