They are looking for an IT Engineer to maintain, upgrade, and manage their software, hardware, and networks. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining client operating systems such as Mac and Windows. General maintenance of all IT-related hardware and software is required. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities aligned with enterprise IT support engineer roles. Your goal will be to provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and ensure that their technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications that meet enterprise standards.
• Manages system and application environments along with ongoing operations;
• Performs on-call activities as required for the environment and technologies;
• Contribute input to infrastructure architecture;
• Provide input into infrastructure architecture designs;
• Researches, designs, implements, and tests technology solutions;
• Collaborates with IT and business area partners on work groups and initiatives;
• Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues and failures;
• Ensures execution and alignment to architectural standards and blueprints;
• Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities;
• Writes programming and scripting;
• Determines migration and upgrade impacts and diagnoses or resolves complex technology and application errors;
• Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned technology (MAC);
• Proactively monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologies;
• Assists with developing tactical strategies, processes, and procedures related to systems and application administration as part of onsite IT engineer support jobs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions;
• 1 + Years of hands-on experience in HelpDesk and IT administration;
• Experience using Agile methodology;
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities;
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment;
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately;
• Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system (MAC and Windows);
• Must have strong Apple product knowledge suitable for Mac Windows IT engineer positions;
• High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy;
• Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their interfaces and integration;
• Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance
