The role is in Tech COO Domains Technology Business Management and Technology Assurance is accountable for ensuring that risks associated with day-to-day operations are owned, managed, subject to controls and tested appropriately. Other responsibilities assumed by the first line include assessment, governance, reporting and regulatory interactions in respect of technology risks. As a Senior Analyst, you will support the Technology Risk Theme, fulfilling a key role in a team created in the Non-Financial Risk Operating Model to help establish the risk theme’s global minimum requirements, through the design of control objectives and to ensure that these comply with external obligations. Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems, Risk Management or a related field or equivalent experience
• CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC and other related certifications
• ServiceNow CSA certification

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of business functions, and the technical systems / applications that support these business functions
• Good knowledge of the customer needs
• Ability to apply critical thinking.
• Ability to suggest tactical responses, to meet immediate needs
• Sound ability to analyse data to determine root cause and enable meaningful discussions on remediation
• Good communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate outcomes
• Ability to contribute to workshops with stakeholder groups
• Have a passion to learn and eager to expand areas of expertise including learning new elicitation techniques
• Identify improvements for optimisation/continuous improvement
• Ability to foster all networks and operate in a collaborative environment

• Good knowledge of Operational Risk Frameworks, Regulatory Requirements, Delivery Standards and Controls Framework, Technology Industry Standards

Responsibilities:

• Working under the direction of the Risk Theme Manager:
• Assessing how the risk theme has been adopted with a view to consistency of operation and assessment
• Assisting with divisional risk identification for the risk theme and advising on assessment of inherent risk
• Supporting aggregated risk theme profiles and advising on control design and remediation
• Analysis control objectives and identifying opportunities for controls simplification
• Supporting the evaluation of residual risk assessment for accuracy
• Examining RAS metrics and their applicability
• Identifying opportunities for efficiencies in risk theme management
• Working alongside CRTOs to determine country-specific objectives
