Θ Positions: Technology Services Specialist (IT Support Engineer)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Solving IT support requests submitted by employees
  • Ensuring ticket resolution in line with defined SLAs
  • Resolving emergency and unplanned IT incidents, including urgent hardware issues
  • Supporting new joiners with laptop provisioning, initial IT setup, and troubleshooting
  • Retrieving hardware from exiting employees and managing its lifecycle for reuse or decommissioning
  • Managing Revolut-owned technology, both office-based and remote hardware
  • Identifying opportunities to improve IT processes or tools
  • Supporting the implementation of new technologies or workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with IT systems, networks, and enterprise tools, like macOS, Chrome OS, Jira/Atlassian, and Google Workspace
  • A track record in endpoint device management and incident management
  • A proven ability to manage vendors and outsourced services
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Great organisational and time management skills to handle multiple support tasks efficiently
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in IT support environments
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to support team members across the business
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
  • Nice to have: Experience working in tech, financial services, or e-commerce companies
