Required Qualifications:

• College educated
• NBI Clearance is required upon hire
• Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
• Proven experience in data entry
• Proficient in using Zendesk and other CRM tools
• Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
• Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Job Description:

ClearDesk looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Process tickets using Zendesk
• Create entries in the internal database
• Accurately input data into various systems and databases
• Update and maintain existing data records
• Verify the accuracy of data
