Educational Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in Contract Admin
  • B.Com
  • SAP knowledge (Added advantage)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Knowledge of Master Data management 
  • Basic knowledge of MS office
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach 
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications. They are looking for someone with a deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the entire contract lifecycle, from contract creation to termination.
  • Upload new contracts into the system and ensure accurate and complete information is provided.
  • Update existing contracts as required, including changes in terms, conditions, or pricing.
  • Administer contracts by reviewing contract terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and update the contracts database, ensuring all contract-related information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor contract controls and approvals, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Establish and implement contract management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Execute supplier contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions and ensuring timely execution.
  • Monitor contract performance, including deliverables, milestones, and obligations.
