Technical Requirements:

• Familiarity with tools like Canva for design
• Strong writing skills for creating engaging and on-brand posts

Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager Intern, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our social media strategies and fostering engagement across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to create meaningful content and connect with audiences in exciting, impactful ways.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with Growhut’s goals and vision
• Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and questions to boost brand interaction
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and new engagement opportunities
• Assist in running campaigns and promotions that increase followers, engagement, and conversions
• Analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) and prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness
• Research emerging social media trends and competitors to maintain a cutting-edge strategy
• Support in identifying influencers and potential collaboration opportunities for brand growth
