- Assist customers with product-related inquiries via email and video calls.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the system.
- Help improve customer satisfaction and SLA by delivering exceptional service.
