Required Qualifications:

• BE - B. Tech / (IT/ Computer Science/ Circuit branches)
• Should have secured 60% and above
• No active Backlogs

Skills needed:

• Should have understanding and/or experience of software development best practices and software development life cycle
• Understanding of one/more programming languages such as Java/ .Net/ Python, data analytics or databases such as SQL/ Oracle/ Teradata etc.
• Internship in a relevant technology domain will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Design:
• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases aligned with project objectives.
• Identify and prioritize test scenarios based on business requirements, risk assessment, and project scope.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand functional specifications and design test data.
• Test Execution:
• Execute test cases manually or using automation tools.
• Document test results, defects, and issues encountered during testing.
• Retest fixes and verify successful implementation.
• Defect Management:
• Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Coordinate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely fixes.
• Provide clear and concise defect reports to stakeholders.
• Test Automation:
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
• Automate repetitive test cases to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to ensure effective test automation implementation.
• Performance Testing:
• Conduct performance testing to assess system performance under various load conditions.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization measures.
• Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Security Testing:
• Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Adhere to security best practices and standards.
• Compliance Testing:
• Conduct compliance testing to verify adherence to industry regulations and standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Ensure that SAP implementations meet compliance requirements.
• Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration:
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP testing methodologies and tools.
