As our efforts towards building a better working world, GDS operations need to create an evolving framework of CRM Operational excellence framework control in all processes, decision making and activities for GDS operations to enable our business teams across locations. This opportunity is about being part of a high performing CRM operation team (PACE (L1, L2 & L3) and contact–to–cash support & infrastructure enablement) across GDS locations and business units to identify and strengthen CRM operation as an Associate.

Responsibilities:
- Understanding the end-to-end process of signing off / accepting a client and/or engagement for the EY offices.
- Performs initial review of submissions from engagement teams and evaluates completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of proposed transaction/requests.
- Acts as a liaison between the client teams, other members of the Risk Management team, and various functional areas within the firm
- You will be responsible for service delivery which includes Internal stakeholder management, KPI and productivity
- Identifying risks areas in different processes, functions of operations
- Collaborate with the functions, locations, and business units to strengthen CRM controls and framework by proactively escalating “HIGH Risk” cases to management team
