In
this role, you will be responsible to work on new business submission to
validate availability of minimum required information in the document and
segment the same to correct underwriting department with proper platform setup

- Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA
- Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives
- Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.
- Assist with/perform other team tasks as required.
- Accurately maintain and record data for production
- Understand and apply LM’s Core Competencies.
- Interact with Onshore /Offshore and customer in a respectful and professional manner via email and on calls if required
