Educational Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years CA, MBA Finance with accounting knowledge and experience
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills
  • Good team player, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meet quality and manage tight deadlines.
  • A strong communicator with good English language skills. (verbal and written)
  • Methodical and organized, with attention to detail.
  • Strong MS office knowledge (Excel, Word and MS Access).
  • Ability to learn and apply learning quickly and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the process as well as methods, tools and technologies used.
  • Obtain understanding of the control framework around the process and ensure adherence to the same.
  • Collaborate across global and regional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver high quality reporting and analytics for the business area ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with various business, accounting, control, reporting, change and other stakeholders to achieve process outcomes.
  • Meet requests for adhoc information on time.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and review and challenge processes and numbers if they don’t look right and escalate in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to feedback, questions and other requests from stakeholders in relation to the team deliverables.
  • Proactively identify enhancement opportunities within the processes.
  • Support key projects and other initiatives going on in the team.
