Roles and Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Operations:
• Perform routine system administration tasks on Windows and Linux Server platforms
• Manage and maintain IIS web servers including site configurations, and performance monitoring for hosted applications.
• Execute basic server operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
• Ensure system and data security by adhering to established policies and implementing appropriate controls.
• Manage and maintain server inventory, documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Application Deployment & Support:
• Act as a key liaison with application development teams for deploying new applications and updates to production and non-production environments.
• Provide expert hosting support for . applications running on IIS, including performance tuning, error analysis, and log review.
• Troubleshoot application connectivity and availability issues, collaborating with developers to pinpoint root causes and implement solutions.
• Assist in automating application deployment processes using scripting and relevant tools.
• Monitor deployed applications for health, performance, and error conditions, proactively addressing issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Work Experience: 1 - 2 Years
• Preferred Skills:  Technology -> Server-Operating System Administration -> Windows Server Admin -> Windows
