The Cybersecurity Change Management Coordinator is responsible for increasing the Cybersecurity awareness level of Alstom users targeting the Cybersecurity being part of the Alstom culture. He/She is responsible for designing, leading, monitoring and/or executing change management strategies for Cybersecurity. Qualifications:
- University degree – master’s degree (MA/MSc) in Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent
- Multi-sectorial business experience of 2+ years
- Experience in a highly international environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee awareness and culture of Cybersecurity and minimize risks related to users’ behavior
- Apply a structured methodology, templates and processes
- Lead change management activities
- Support communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities, ensuring alignment with yearly roadmap goals and timelines
- Collaborate with various departments, including corporate communication, HR, and other services, to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
- Provide input, document requirements, and lead the design and delivery of the following:
- Training programs
- Phishing simulations
- Cyber weeks or months
- Dedicated communications
- Specific events
