They are looking for experienced Executive Assistants to perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.

Θ Positions: Virtual Assistant - Executive Assistant

Θ Job Location: Remote (WFH)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Experience in using CRMs and other relevant software
  • Project management experience (Monday, Asana, Trello)
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and taking minutes
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Prepare, edit and manage documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and milestones
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate virtual and in-person events, such as conferences, team meetings, and client engagements
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures

Hardware Requirements:

  • At least a 720p HD Webcam.
  • A noise-canceling headset.
  • At least a 25mbps primary internet connection.
  • A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies.
  • Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Earn a competitive hourly rate, which can be up to Php 42,500 per month, based on experience.
