Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience: 1+ Year
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Certification preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Key
Responsibilities:
- AWS Cloud Management: Deploy, configure, and manage AWS cloud solutions (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch)
- Helpdesk Support: Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage the ticketing system
- General IT Support: Oversee IT infrastructure, ensure data security, and manage IT assets
