Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performing requirements analysis by defining problems, anticipating needs, identifying improvements, and developing effective solutions.
• Working with stakeholders/SME to prioritize collected requirements & define success metrics.
• Translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Managing and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
• Managing stakeholders with SMEs & Core Team.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Possess 2-4 years' experience in scoping, documenting use cases, process flows, swimlane diagrams, and requirements.
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Data or Computer science or Higher Level degree(MBA)
• Demonstrate good understanding of the software development life cycle & have experience working with JIRA and Confluence
• Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
