Job Description:

• Data BA for Client Communication -Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with stakeholders & developers.
• Analytical and Problem Solving -Analyse data, identify problems and develop solutions.
• Critical Thinking -ability to evaluate information, identify patterns and make decisions.
• Build rapport and manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Requirement elicitation – hold workshops to elicit requirements, document the business requirements effectively and obtain sign off, including Capabilities mapping to epics, and user stories in Jira.
• Ability to understand as is and to be business process and document them in Visio.
• Data Cleaning/Preparation - Proficient in handling incomplete data sets, ensuring its quality and accuracy.
• Databases – familiar with SQL for accessing and manipulating data. Data visualisation – ability to create informative charts/graphs/dashboards to communicate with stakeholders.
• Programme languages – python and SQL.
• Data Warehousing – understanding how the data is stored and organised.
