Roles and Responsibilities

• Amazon Connect Architecture & Configuration
• Design, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect environments (contact flows, routing profiles, hours of operation, and agent experience).
• Build and optimize Lex bots, Lambda functions, and Amazon Connect Tasks.
• Integration & Automation
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk), and internal tools.
• Automate workflows and develop scripts using AWS services (Lambda, EventBridge, S3, DynamoDB) to streamline operations.
• Documentation & Guides
• Create user manuals, knowledge base articles, and step-by-step training guides for various stakeholders.
• Maintain architectural documentation, integration patterns, and deployment processes.
• Project Leadership & Support
• Lead or collaborate on implementation of new cloud contact center features and migrations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability with compliance to SLAs.
• Collaboration & Enablement
• Work closely with business teams, engineers, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Amazon Connect solutions.
• Train and mentor internal teams on Amazon Connect best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect and cloud integration projects.
• Strong expertise in AWS services (Lambda, S3, Lex, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
• Hands-on experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRMs and third-party platforms.
• Strong technical documentation skills and ability to create user-friendly instructions.
• Familiarity with customer experience KPIs and call center operations.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Node.js).
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect or Amazon Connect specialization) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Amazon Connect Cases, Wisdom, Tasks, and Contact Lens.
• Understanding of TCPA compliance and secure call handling.
• UI/UX design for customer and agent interfaces.
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, education).
