Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for business-critical applicationsand ensure compliance with change management processes.
• Act as a liaison between end users and enterprise IT teams, resolving requests and usability issues.
• Monitor network, infrastructure, and application alerts through enterprise tools.
• Troubleshoot routers, firewalls, VPNs, and voice infrastructure support systems.

• Participate in incident response meetingsand communicate production impact to leadership.
• Contribute to operational excellence, SLA compliance, and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of IT support experience (Service Desk, NOC, or Application Support).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 fast-paced IT operations environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or equivalent certifications.
