Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Acquire complete knowledge of NAV calculation and fund accounting processes involving custody, TA, pricing, and corporate actions
- Gain subject matter expertise across multiple fund and instrument types
- Validate reconciliation breaks in TA, cash, and stock, ensuring accuracy in NAV
- Deliver NAV packs within SLA timelines with quality and compliance standards
- Maintain a 98%+ quality SLA while processing NAVs
- Document SOPs and ensure processes remain updated and accurate
- Respond to client and internal queries promptly, escalating when required
- Support month-end, year-end, and migration activities
- Monitor group mailboxes and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure compliance with ISAE 3402 checks and internal controls
- Propose process improvement or automation initiatives quarterly
- Collaborate with team members, providing knowledge-sharing and backup support
