Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire complete knowledge of NAV calculation and fund accounting processes involving custody, TA, pricing, and corporate actions
  • Gain subject matter expertise across multiple fund and instrument types
  • Validate reconciliation breaks in TA, cash, and stock, ensuring accuracy in NAV
  • Deliver NAV packs within SLA timelines with quality and compliance standards
  • Maintain a 98%+ quality SLA while processing NAVs
  • Document SOPs and ensure processes remain updated and accurate
  • Respond to client and internal queries promptly, escalating when required
  • Support month-end, year-end, and migration activities
  • Monitor group mailboxes and resolve issues quickly
  • Ensure compliance with ISAE 3402 checks and internal controls
  • Propose process improvement or automation initiatives quarterly
  • Collaborate with team members, providing knowledge-sharing and backup support
