Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Engineering / Post Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset
• In-depth knowledge of Linux systems & cloud environments
• Skills in Databases (MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, PostgreSQL) and Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for GPU-powered AI/ML cloud workloads
• Troubleshoot and resolve Linux, virtualization, and container issues
• Help startups and enterprises with cloud deployment, scaling, and architecture planning
• Work with engineering and customer success teams to improve adoption of AI/ML services
• Contribute to documentation, training modules, and knowledge bases
• Drive technical consultation via multiple channels (calls, email, Slack)
• Conduct demonstrations of cloud products & AI/ML solutions to enterprise clients
• Actively identify areas for process improvement, best practices, and customer experience enhancement
• Support DevOps automation using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
• Partner with engineering to identify and resolve critical bugs
• Assist customers with Python ML tools debugging, Nvidia & AMD driver verification, and docker-based deployments
