Roles and
Responsibilities
As
a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues with SaaS and Managed products.
- Collaborate with global support teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Work directly with SMEs and application specialists on technical problem-solving.
- Gain exposure to the latest cloud and SaaS technologies.
- Partner with development, customer success, and product teams.
- Stay updated through product feature training.
- Share knowledge and suggest improvements for processes and products.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in IT customer supportor equivalent role.
- Graduate / Engineering / Postgraduate degree
- Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn new tools and technologies.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and team-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with flexibility to work late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
