Roles and Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues with SaaS and Managed products.
  • Collaborate with global support teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Work directly with SMEs and application specialists on technical problem-solving.
  • Gain exposure to the latest cloud and SaaS technologies.
  • Partner with development, customer success, and product teams.
  • Stay updated through product feature training.
  • Share knowledge and suggest improvements for processes and products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT customer supportor equivalent role.
  • Graduate / Engineering / Postgraduate degree 
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-focused approach with flexibility to work late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Availability to start in September 2025.
  • Candidates must be based in Bangalore.
