Roles and Responsibilities

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, your key tasks will include:

  • Providing timely IT support to global clients.
  • Handling and documenting customer calls using designated service management tools.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely.
  • Escalating unresolved cases to higher-level support.
  • Resetting and unlocking user accounts and passwords.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)for consistent service.
  • Updating client knowledge bases with solutions.
  • Offering polite, professional, and effective customer communication.
  • Working with tools such as ServiceNow, O365, and OKTAfor client support.
  • Flexibility to assist in urgent support scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Scienceor related field.
  • 1+ year of IT support experience (call center environment preferred).
  • A+ certificationor equivalent (Geek Squad/European equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of OKTA, ServiceNow, and Office 365.
  • Proficiency with computer keyboarding, multiple monitors, and touchpad operations.
  • Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Customer service orientation with ability to adapt quickly.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
