Roles and
Responsibilities
As
an IT Service Desk Analyst, your key tasks will include:
- Providing timely IT support to global clients.
- Handling and documenting customer calls using designated service management tools.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely.
- Escalating unresolved cases to higher-level support.
- Resetting and unlocking user accounts and passwords.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)for consistent service.
- Updating client knowledge bases with solutions.
- Offering polite, professional, and effective customer communication.
- Working with tools such as ServiceNow, O365, and OKTAfor client support.
- Flexibility to assist in urgent support scenarios.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Scienceor related field.
- 1+ year of IT support experience (call center environment preferred).
- A+ certificationor equivalent (Geek Squad/European equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of OKTA, ServiceNow, and Office 365.
- Proficiency with computer keyboarding, multiple monitors, and touchpad operations.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Customer service orientation with ability to adapt quickly.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
