Roles and Responsibilities

• Process invoices in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices following SOP guidelines.
• Generate and update accounts payable reports.
• Pass rectification entries for errors identified by the quality control team.
• Perform quality checks on invoices before release for payment.
• Create and update vendor master records as per SOPs.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve finance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• 0–1 year of experience in accounting or accounts payable.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and finance operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and other MS applications.
• Strong analytical skills with team player attitude.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment with strict deadlines.
