Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for platform onboarding, user access management, and technical support.
• Gather and translate detailed business and technical requirements into platform improvements.
• Create documentation such as business processes, user stories, and reporting workflows.
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation in cybersecurity reporting.
• Collaborate with penetration testing teams to convert technical data into actionable reports and dashboards.
• Partner with project managers to improve user experience and reporting consistency.
• Map current reporting processes and propose optimized models leveraging platform capabilities.
• Test, validate, and document new platform features, integrations, and workflows.
• Conduct demos and training sessions for stakeholders and new users.
• Provide timely updates on platform performance, trends, and roadmap enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in business analysis, platform enablement, or cybersecurity operations.
• Strong ability to gather, document, and translate requirements into workflows and platform setups.
• Experience managing enterprise-level platforms and onboarding stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and business teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving security workflows.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity reporting tools like PlexTrac is an advantage.
