Roles and Responsibilities

As a KYC Associate at Morgan Stanley, your responsibilities will include:

• Staying updated with regulatory changes, AML/KYC compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
• Reviewing and escalating risks identified during KYC documentation processes.
• Partnering with client-facing teams to collect necessary documents and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for KYC/AML documents and procedures.
• Facilitating client due diligence processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Serving as a point of contact for KYC issues, troubleshooting escalations, and providing regulatory updates.
• Representing the team in compliance-related working groups and steering committees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in AML/KYC roles (preferred for periodic review functions).
• Graduate / Postgraduate / Engineering degree holders (Freshers may apply).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with global teams.
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Risk and controls awareness with the ability to handle complex financial structures.
