Roles and Responsibilities

As a Data Operations Analyst at CITCO, your role will involve:

• Setting up inbound/outbound file routing jobs for internal and external teams.
• Establishing monitoring jobs, alerts, and notifications for seamless data flow.
• Working with brokers, vendors, and investment managers to set up FTP accounts and ensure secure connectivity.
• Proactively identifying failed or missing files using delivery tools and dashboards.
• Responding to alerts and ensuring effective resolution within deadlines.
• Keeping stakeholders updated on delays, issues, and estimated timelines.
• Escalating critical concerns with recommendations for solutions.
• Supporting system and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work.
• Engaging with connectivity teams to simplify end-to-end user experience.
• Staying up to date with Data Management policies, trends, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Computer Science.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years’ experience in financial services or BPO industry are encouraged to apply.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
