Roles & Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, verify purchase orders, and manage payment transactions.
• Handle 2-way and 3-way invoice processing with knowledge of indirect taxes like VAT, GST, and withholding tax.
• Manage vendor records, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounts payable standards and accounting regulations.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve P2P process queries.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, accruals, and supplier payments.
• Support in cashbook management and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Work on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP for P2P processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, indirect taxes, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for financial data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
