This role involves day-to-day platform and network planning operations*under direct supervision. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining SLAs, and supporting telecom infrastructure and capacity management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational activities in network planning and capacity management.
• Support platform planning, SDH, and network transmission processes.
• Maintain operational efficiency to ensure SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Work proactively to troubleshoot and resolve telecom network issues.
• Assist in improving network design and telecom infrastructure efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Networking.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Skills in network design, network planning, SDH, telecom troubleshooting, and capacity management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
