Job Description – Networking Analyst

• Provide L2 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported tickets.
• Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams within the client’s IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge for implementing and maintaining Cisco networks.
• Responsible for installing and configuring Cisco networking solutions.
• Sound knowledge of ITIL best practices around Incident and Request Management procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Network Support Analyst at Grade 6 in NOC / Network Operations.
• Must be a Graduate – B.Tech / BE or any other technical degree preferred.
• Good communication, comprehension and writing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7 support).
