Tesco is conducting a Recruitment Drive 2025 to hire Systems Engineer I for their Bangalore office (Hybrid). Roles and Responsibilities

As a Systems Engineer I at Tesco, you will:

• Manage large-scale enterprise networks ensuring stability and performance.
• Work within multi-vendor environments (Juniper, Cisco, Mist, Zscaler).
• Provide on-call support for critical IT infrastructure incidents.
• Independently resolve network incidents and performance issues.
• Lead technical discussions with internal IT and infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to network automation and optimization projects.
• Provide consultation to developers and application teams on infrastructure needs.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD-based automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (or related field).
• Strong knowledge in:
• Networking: Juniper & Cisco Routing/Switching, Mist-Wireless, Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA), Forescout NAC.
• Automation & DevOps Tools: Python, API, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD (at least 2 mandatory at intermediate level).
• Monitoring & Security Tools: Cisco ISE (Wi-Fi & Radius), SolarWinds, Network Performance Monitoring.
• Familiarity with Mist Automation & AIOps opportunities is a strong plus.
