Responsibilities
As
a Tesla Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-quality customer support via calls and emails for technical queries and roadside assistance.
- Educating owners on vehicle usage and ensuring customer confidence in operations.
- Delivering professional and workable technical solutions to exceed expectations.
- Escalating concerns to appropriate teams when required.
- Accurately logging issues and data into Tesla CRM/Vehicle Support Systems.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical support or call center experience (automotive preferred).
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work shifts (24x7 environment).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
